Topic: Records Management Audits & Assessments

An interactive “How To” session.  Learn Best Practices, standards, and options of not only how to conduct an Audit or Assessment, but how to present the results to department heads and executives, and how to affect and implement change as a result of the Audit or Assessment (which is the goal, after all!)

Diane Gladwell has assisted over 200 California local governments with records management, audits, assessments, retention, electronic records, e-mail, and document imaging programs (ECMS).  Diane has been the President of Gladwell Governmental Services, Inc. for over twenty years. 

Diane was the City Clerk for two different cities, managing organization-wide records management and document imaging programs.  Before becoming a City Clerk, Diane managed the payment systems for the Food-4-Less chain for 9 years, where she had 120 people reporting to her.

Diane has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is a Master Municipal Clerk.  She is listed in Who's Who of Professionals and was named a “Woman of Distinction” for 2017 in the 23rd Senate District; her work has won  many prestigious awards.
